About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Talent Attraction efforts as a Director, Talent Attraction. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a national recruitment and sourcing strategy to attract top talent to Rexall Pharmacy Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to understand talent acquisition requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure effective recruitment processes.
  • Provide workforce metrics and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts in the healthcare community.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in Talent Attraction or a related field.
  • Experience in the retail sector is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
