Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer satisfaction by fostering strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions; serve as a role model and coach for staff in customer service excellence.
- Implement pharmacy initiatives and product introductions to uphold patient service standards, boost sales, manage labor costs, and oversee inventory control.
- Advocate for patient welfare by promoting patient-centered care within the professional scope of practice and collaborating with the team to execute company programs.
- Cultivate a positive, patient-oriented culture and experience, ensuring product availability and high customer service standards while developing business plans to meet performance indicators.
- Engage in all aspects of Fusion to guarantee seamless patient care and a consistent pharmacy experience across different locations.
- Champion company values, including diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring the pharmacy environment is welcoming and inclusive.
- Oversee the selection, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning for pharmacy staff.
- Foster strong team dynamics in a supportive work environment, ensuring each team member operates at their full potential.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies, including Occupational Health and Safety and Loss Prevention, while training staff on adherence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Must hold a valid Pharmacist license in good standing within the province.
- Certification in Injection and First Aid.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
- Experience with Kroll software is preferred.
