Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our pharmacy team, including coordinating schedules, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Task Management: Manage multiple tasks and priorities, including scheduling appointments, processing prescriptions, and maintaining inventory.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our pharmacy team to achieve our goals and objectives, including participating in meetings and contributing to team discussions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a medical administrative role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Work Setting: Pharmacy or drugstore
