About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at LLOYD DRUG MART & PHARMACY CLINIC. As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy team by providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our pharmacy team, including coordinating schedules, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain patient information, medical records, and other relevant data in our electronic health record system.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to achieve our goals and objectives, including participating in meetings and contributing to team discussions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a medical administrative role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
