We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at LLOYD DRUG MART & PHARMACY CLINIC. As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy and medical office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our medical team, including coordinating schedules, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain patient information, medical records, and other data as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our medical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a medical administrative role
  • Language: English
  • Work Setting: Pharmacy or drugstore
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
