Position Overview

As a Network Infrastructure Administrator at Tech Bench Services Ltd., you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of our network systems. Your expertise will ensure seamless connectivity and operational efficiency across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Management: Oversee, troubleshoot, and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and associated computer workstations and peripheral devices.
  • Hardware and Software Evaluation: Assess and install necessary computer hardware, networking software, and operating system applications.
  • User Support: Provide effective problem-solving assistance to network users, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Security Implementation: Enforce data, software, and hardware security protocols to safeguard company information.
  • Routine Operations: Conduct regular network startup and shutdown procedures while maintaining accurate control records.
  • Data Management: Execute data backups and disaster recovery strategies to protect vital information.
  • Network Setup: Establish local area networks and facilitate Internet connectivity.
  • Performance Optimization: Deploy network traffic and security monitoring tools to enhance server performance.
Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail is crucial, as well as the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
  • Work Hours: Expected to work between 30 to 40 hours per week.
