Network and Cybersecurity Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Cybersecurity Administrator to join our team at Radius Security. As a key member of our IT Department, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and support of our organization's enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, Office 365, and BPM systems.
Key Responsibilities- Application Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our enterprise applications, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
- Network Administration: Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switches, to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
- Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect our organization's data and systems from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Infrastructure Management: Monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and telephony systems, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with the IT Manager to plan, implement, and maintain new and revised application systems, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including system specifications, configurations, and operations.
- Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to users, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use our enterprise applications.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance system efficiency, performance, and security.
- Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Network Administration and Security role, with a strong background in enterprise application support, network administration, and cybersecurity.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, and SQL-based ERP systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
