Position: Network Infrastructure Specialist
Location: Remote (with occasional on-site visits)
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year (depending on experience)
Industry: IT / Technology
Employment Term: Full-time / Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the IT Manager in implementing tasks to drive business growth, improve productivity, and ensure the company's network infrastructure meets current and future business needs.
- Oversee and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and perform maintenance related to business applications support, specifications, configurations, and operations.
- Develop work plans and detailed breakdown schedules for hardware and software installation tasks related to systems implementation.
- Perform all other related duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5 years of relevant IT experience in network administration and security are required.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, mathematical, and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with SQL-based ERP systems.
- Relevant certifications for CCNA, MCSA, or similar.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable to changing work demands and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
