We are seeking a skilled Floor Supervisor to join our team at COS in Montreal. This full-time role involves working a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings, and requires excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and engaging with customers in a proactive and genuine manner.
  • Support indirect customer service by replenishing stock and maintaining visual displays while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to ensure a seamless shopping experience through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Contribute to the store's sales strategy and assist colleagues in other departments to achieve sales goals.
  • Evaluate service results and develop actions to improve the customer experience.
  • Act as a customer service role model and provide guidance to colleagues.
Requirements
  • Previous work experience is preferred, but we also consider candidates with excellent communication skills, customer focus, self-motivation, adaptability, and a genuine interest in others.
  • Open to learning about and selling our products.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent commercial abilities and interest in fashion and retail.
