About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate Supervisor to join our team at Loblaw Companies. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Support the implementation of promotions and programs, ensuring that all sales floor activities are aligned with company objectives
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all merchandise is properly displayed and restocked
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, answering questions and providing product information
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required; we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
