About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate Supervisor to join our team at Wholesale Club. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and support sales floor associates, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage cash handling and sales transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Implement sales promotions and programs, driving sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a positive shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and sales transactions.
