Senior Production Supervisor

The Senior Supervisor, Production and Sewing is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the sewing floor, ensuring high productivity and quality standards are met. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to manage a team of production staff and achieve daily targets.
Key Responsibilities- Review and plan the production schedule daily to ensure efficient use of resources and meet production targets.
- Collaborate with industry engineering technicians to calculate manpower requirements and optimize production lines.
- Identify training needs for production staff and coordinate with the training supervisor to ensure upskilling and reskilling.
- Monitor and improve efficiency and quality standards, implementing action plans to address any issues.
- Ensure a safe working environment and maintain accurate production records.
- Communicate effectively with direct reports, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Over 10 years of experience in apparel manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to sew and follow production manuals.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage a diverse team.
- Familiarity with sewing operations and industrial machines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business software.
