Cleaner Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at Ever Better Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our buildings meet the required safety and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies, equipment, and services.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of our buildings and recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Maintain Financial Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records are maintained for all cleaning-related expenses.
- Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed to ensure they have the resources and expertise required to perform their duties effectively.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
