About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at Ever Better Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our properties and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect and Monitor: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money.
  • Coordinate Services: Arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, and renovations as needed to maintain our facilities.
  • Manage Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records of cleaning operations, including expenses and revenues.
  • Supervise Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
