- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
- Maintain Financial Records: Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, including payment receipts and invoices.
- Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and training they need to succeed.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that we are meeting the needs of our clients.
- Criminal Record Check: A valid criminal record check is required for this position.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent written communication skills, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability are essential for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Work Setting: Office building, cleaning service company, commercial facility, hospital/medical facility or clinic, school or educational institution/establishment, shopping centre or mall.
