Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

  • Cleaning Operations
    • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that cleaning standards are met.

    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Recruitment and Training

    • Develop and implement strategies to ensure that our cleaning services are accessible and inclusive for all clients, including those with disabilities.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the cleaning industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
