Bilingual Senior Manager, PMO and Strategic Initiatives

The Senior Manager, PMO and Strategic Initiatives plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Global Transaction Banking's strategic objectives by identifying and developing transformational initiatives while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a client-centric culture to enhance client relationships and leverage broader organizational resources and knowledge.
- Supervise and facilitate transformational projects, providing executive-level reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan, define, document, and oversee implementation activities and timelines.
- Manage business case development and monitor project and financial status for various reviews, working closely with stakeholders and finance teams.
- Oversee integrated project plans, status reporting, and risk management, ensuring effective communication of information to leadership.
- Establish systems and tools for tracking progress and key metrics to ensure ongoing compliance with operational models.
- Recognize the Bank's risk appetite and culture in daily activities and decision-making processes.
- Create an environment that promotes effective operations while ensuring adherence to business controls related to operational risk, regulatory compliance, and conduct risk.
- Develop a high-performance environment and implement a talent strategy that attracts, retains, and nurtures team members, fostering inclusivity and managing succession planning.
- Advocate for a high-performance culture and contribute to an inclusive workplace.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business or project management within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and agile methodologies.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to new processes.
- Exceptional organizational, relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with demonstrated ability to influence strategically and collaborate across teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working under pressure with shifting deadlines.
- Effective communicator with project stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Skilled in conflict management and negotiation.
