Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a customer-centric environment to enhance client relationships and utilize broader organizational resources, systems, and insights.
  • Supervise and facilitate transformational initiatives while maintaining executive-level reporting to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with essential stakeholders to strategize, outline, document, and uphold implementation activities and timelines.
  • Accountable for developing business cases and monitoring/reporting project and financial statuses for strategic initiatives, delivery office, and regular business reviews; partnering closely with stakeholders and finance teams.
  • Manage integrated project plans, status updates, meetings, and risk/issue management for comprehensive projects (identify, document, develop resolutions, and mitigations), ensuring effective communication to leadership within established governance and reporting frameworks.
  • Create and maintain tracking and monitoring systems/tools to evaluate progress and key metrics, ensuring ongoing compliance with operational models.
  • Recognize how the organization’s risk appetite and culture influence daily operations and decision-making.
  • Cultivate an environment where the team strives for effective and efficient operations while ensuring adherence to business controls related to operational risk, regulatory compliance, and conduct risk.
  • Develop a high-performance culture and implement a talent strategy that attracts, retains, nurtures, and motivates team members by promoting an inclusive workplace, articulating vision/values/business strategy, and managing succession and development planning.
  • Advocate for a high-performance culture and contribute to an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in business or project management within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and agile methodologies.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn innovative approaches.
  • Exceptional organizational, relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented with demonstrated ability in strategic influence, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in high-pressure environments with shifting deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Demonstrates advanced conflict management skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
