Role Summary: In the capacity of B2B Sales Executive focusing on Bellesa Sex Toys, your main responsibility will be to enhance our footprint in the adult products sector by establishing robust connections with retailers, distributors, and other business partners. Your key goal will be to pinpoint potential clients, comprehend their business requirements, and propose solutions that deliver value and stimulate revenue growth.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrated success in B2B sales with major retail chains.

2. Familiarity with or experience in the adult toy industry is advantageous.

3. Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey product features and advantages.

4. Self-driven, results-oriented, and target-focused, with a zeal for boosting sales and surpassing objectives.

5. Capability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic sales team.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings, industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

8. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and execute a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving sales goals and expanding market share for Bellesa Sex Toys within the adult products arena.

2. Identify and engage potential B2B clients, including large retail outlets, e-commerce platforms, distributors, and other pertinent businesses.

3. Conduct thorough market analysis to assess industry trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences regarding adult toys.

4. Showcase and demonstrate Bellesa Sex Toys to prospective clients, emphasizing their distinctive features, design, functionality, and benefits.

5. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials, product catalogs, and promotional initiatives tailored for B2B clients.

6. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with clients to ensure profitable and sustainable partnerships.

7. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, and influencers within client organizations to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.

8. Provide ongoing support, training, and product knowledge to B2B clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

9. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

10. Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance standards, and market dynamics affecting the adult products sector.
