Job Overview:


AVANTIER – A leading Custom Optic Manufacturer, is in search of a talented Account Executive with a solid background in B2B sales to enhance their growing sales division.

This position entails overseeing the complete sales cycle, fostering revenue enhancement, and working closely with the sales team, VP of Sales, marketing department, and the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:


As an Account Executive, your main duties will include:
  • Overseeing the entire sales cycle to promote additional revenue.
  • Actively engaging in outbound sourcing, forming new partnerships, and building a robust sales pipeline for sustained growth.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with current clients.
  • Comprehending clients' needs and goals to deliver effective solutions.
  • Achieving and surpassing sales objectives through proactive selling.
  • Identifying new business prospects and devising strategies to capture them.
  • Negotiating and finalizing agreements with clients.
Consistently achieve all monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


The ideal candidate for the Account Executive position will possess:
  • 2 to 6 years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Capability to conduct daily cold calls, follow up, and close deals.
  • Experience in delivering presentations and demonstrations with a strong closing ability.
  • Background in attending conferences, trade shows, and networking to cultivate relationships.
  • Experience managing a lengthy sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Ability to generate outbound leads as well as manage inbound inquiries.
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit to align with the company culture.
  • Proactive approach in sourcing new business and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree required; additional certifications are advantageous.

Compensation: CAD 70,000 – CAD 90,000 + Commission
