About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue growth strategies across multiple hotels in the Americas. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving revenue optimization, improving market share, and enhancing our overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual budget and monthly forecasts for rooms occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue.
- Interpret business analytics to inform revenue management strategies and drive business growth.
- Manage inventory through all distribution channels to optimize availability and revenue.
- Lead optimal pricing strategy and analysis, engaging third-party expertise when necessary.
- Build consensus within the revenue strategy team to drive new initiatives forward.
- Present weekly revenue strategy and forecast meetings to stakeholders.
- Drive total revenue management business analytics and opportunities, partnering with operations to implement new initiatives and measure results.
- Engage with online travel agency (OTA) market managers and liaise regularly with corporate marketing, agencies, and vendors on campaign management opportunities.
- Take ownership of merchandising strategies, including web featured package display, online upsell descriptions, and GDS sequence.
- Business owner of Opera, BI tools, IDeaS G3 revenue management system, and future revenue management systems for catering, food and beverage, etc.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Revenue Management, Hotel/Lodging Management, or Business Administration.
- 5 years of experience working in revenue management and/or hotel operations.
- Multiple hotel revenue management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of spreadsheets, pivot tables, and database use.
- MS Office, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Hyperion Enterprise, IDeaS G3 Revenue Management, TravelClick, Lighthouse, and Opera PMS experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to dynamically articulate and visually display data/strategies to various audiences.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
