Key Responsibilities
  • Work Scheduling: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and submit accurate budget and cost estimates, ensuring the financial health of the restaurant.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing insights into restaurant performance and areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Establish work schedules, provide guidance and support to team members, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Work Environment

As a Shift Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced food service environment, combining sitting, standing, and walking throughout your shift. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment or related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
