Security Supervisor

MOUNT\u2019S PEAK SECURITY LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and develop security staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Security Guard License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and locations.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Fast-paced environment with occasional standing for extended periods.
- Work under pressure to ensure the safety and security of clients and employees.
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
- Judgement and ability to make sound decisions.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
English.
Work Schedule:35 to 40 hours per week.
