Full-Time Server Supervisor

At Otter Co-op, we're committed to building a diverse and supportive working environment based on our Core Company Values of Integrity, Community, and Excellence. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Server Supervisor to join our team at the Highwayman Pub in South Surrey, BC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with cash duties, inventory, and dishes as needed.
  • Communicate with the managers on shift events and flow of the team members.
  • Take ownership to ensure the pub remains neat and tidy.
  • Ability to work the bar and serve to understand the entire floor operation.
  • Contribute to the team in living the Corporate Values of Integrity, Community, and Excellence.
Requirements:
  • Previous Shift Leader experience is an asset.
  • Able to work varying shifts including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • This position is based at the Highwayman Pub, though it may require on some occasions to travel and work at other locations as business needs arise.
