Security Supervisor

FORTIS CONCIERGE CORP. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our organization, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that they are performing their duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing security operations and personnel.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The primary language of work is English.
Work Hours:35 hours per week.
