Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our finance functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Assist with financial tasks, including data entry, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads, managers, and staff, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and hospital operations.
Requirements
  • 6 months recent administrative experience in a computerized finance environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of finance functions and processes, within a unionized environment.
  • Excellent written communication, proof-reading, and editing skills, with the ability to draft or generate correspondence or documents as related to activity/special projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of a Windows environment, including specific skills in word processing, spreadsheets, electronic mail, and Sharepoint, and information systems including HRIS.
  • Data Entry (4000 kph).
  • Intermediate Excel.
  • Knowledge of, and ability to adhere to, Hospital/Departmental policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
