Join our team as a Client Success Manager

Company Overview:

Dr. Kraus & Cie. KG is a prominent provider of innovative SaaS Management and Security solutions designed specifically for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Our platform empowers MSPs to enhance their clients' SaaS utilization, improve security measures, and increase operational productivity.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Client Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients
  • Offer technical advice and industry best practices
  • Facilitate solution deployment and client onboarding
  • Oversee client environments and proactively resolve issues
  • Identify avenues for account expansion and revenue growth

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience in technical account management

Strong understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, and IT infrastructure

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of successful client relationships

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, is advantageous
