About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service experiences for all Impark customers and clients
  • Ensure parking locations are operated and maintained to Impark's company standards
  • Assist customers with parking meters and direct them to parking facilities
  • Process refunds and provide information on long-term parking options
  • Process cash transactions and deposits, and perform daily site inspections and equipment checks
  • Manage site staff, including coordination of staffing and staff disciplinary actions when required
  • Monitor personnel to ensure compliance with company uniform and service standards
  • Complete paperwork related to staff hiring, transfer, termination, and hours worked
  • Liaise with contractors, maintenance department, equipment suppliers, and Landlord/Property Manager to ensure lot maintenance and setup
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Pleasant and energetic personality
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Citrix based applications
  • Hands-on working knowledge of parking equipment and related software
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently and in a team environment
