Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Central West Foods Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation: Ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Plan and order ingredients and supplies to meet the needs of our menu.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards in the kitchen.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports to management and communicate with staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Knowledge of Culinary Genres: Have a strong understanding of our culinary genres and be able to execute them to perfection.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
