Position Overview

Bon Voyage Restaurant Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Culinary Operations Supervisor to oversee our food service team. This role is essential in ensuring that our dining experience meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Prepare and submit operational reports
  • Compile food order summaries for the kitchen
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team
