About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at CARS BY JATIN. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing inventory, and coordinating office services.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the implementation of new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing procedures, and delegate work to office support staff.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Human Resources: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, establish work schedules, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve conflict situations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, team player, initiative, accurate, and client focus.
  • Computer Skills: MS Outlook.
