Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Regional Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasts.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including actual vs. forecast, budget, and prior year comparisons.
  • Identify trends and make recommendations to senior management based on financial data analysis.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of financial information.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and department heads.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
