- Pricing Strategy: Establish pricing and credit policies to maximize profitability.
- Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote bakery products.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance, including revenues and expenditures.
- Staffing Needs: Assess and determine the staffing requirements for the bakery.
- Customer Experience: Evaluate and enhance customer service and the overall shopping environment.
- Sales Management: Direct and assess the activities of the sales team within the bakery.
- Fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- Repetitive tasks are part of the daily routine.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
