Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Mountain House Bakery & Cake Art. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters according to recipes and special customer orders
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Prepare special orders and ensure timely delivery
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to maintain high-quality standards
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet customer expectations
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
As a Bakery Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks. You must be able to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure.
