Job Summary:

Brandt is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Red Deer, AB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling shortline agriculture products within a designated sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Sell new and used whole goods products to customers within the designated sales territory
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Product Knowledge and Support:
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features
    • Provide technical support and training to customers as needed
  • Reporting and Administration:
    • Prepare and submit sales reports and other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business, agriculture)
    • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the agriculture industry
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong sales and business development skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
