Job Summary:

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our store team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing store operations, and promoting a culture of respect, accountability, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service and Sales Growth: Provide exceptional customer service, work with the store team and sales representative to drive sales growth, and collaborate with regional management to achieve sales targets.
  • Culture and Team Management: Promote a culture of respect, accountability, and teamwork, recruit and train team members, and ensure their health and well-being.
  • Financial Management: Manage the store budget, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement strategies to improve financial results.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in the business-to-business (B2B) industry or in-store operations, including 3 years in a personnel management position with financial performance responsibility.
  • Education: College diploma or other degree in business administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
