Bilingual Customer Service Agent

Are you passionate about creating valuable connections with customers?

In the role of a bilingual customer service agent, you will collaborate with the customer support team to identify solutions that ensure outstanding service delivery. Your primary focus will be to assist clients and address any unresolved issues they may encounter.

This position is part of a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage and confirm service requests and additional features for customer orders
  • Engage with customers through phone and email while nurturing relationships
  • Work closely with the Home Delivery team to gain insights into operations and logistics
  • Directly influence the brand's reputation

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication abilities (both written and verbal)
  • Experience managing customer escalations in retail environments
  • 1-2 years of outstanding customer service experience
  • Basic computer proficiency
