About the Opportunity

As a key member of our team, the Clinical Team Lead will play a vital role in coordinating and supervising the operation of community-based mental and addiction services programs. This includes delivering mental health and addiction assessment, treatment, and disposition planning to clients and their families with mental health disorders across the lifespan. The successful candidate will ensure and oversee the provision of comprehensive services to this target population, while also liaising with local inpatient, outpatient, and community-based services and agencies to promote consistency and continuity of patient care.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy, and licensure with the applicable body. The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in mental health and addiction intervention, with a proven track record of providing evidence-based therapeutic intervention to clients. They will also have experience in clinical leadership and supervision, with the ability to identify areas for service improvement and facilitate quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to a multi-disciplinary team
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Identify areas for service improvement and facilitate quality initiatives
  • Collaborate with local inpatient, outpatient, and community-based services and agencies
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to new clinicians and clinicians with little experience
