About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, the Team Lead coordinates and supervises the operation of community-based mental & addiction services programs. This includes delivering mental health & addiction assessment, treatment, and disposition planning to clients and their families with mental health disorders across the lifespan. The Team Lead ensures and oversees provision of comprehensive services to this target population, liaising with local inpatient, outpatient, and community-based services and agencies to promote consistency and continuity of patient care.

The Team Lead provides clinical supervision/support to a multi-disciplinary team and ongoing and extensive clinical supervision to new clinicians and clinicians with little experience within this specialty as part of recruitment and retention strategies.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy, or Clinical Therapists from an acceptable educational institution. The ideal candidate will have five years' experience with Mental Health & Addictions intervention, providing evidence-based therapeutic intervention to Mental Health & Addictions clients.

The successful candidate will ensure all clinical staff provide effective and evidence-based treatment modalities, identify areas for service improvement, and facilitate and evaluate quality initiatives. They will also draft Standard Operating Procedures, orientation materials, and other guidelines for care, and provide clinical leadership and supervision to the multi-disciplinary team.

Hours

This is a long assignment full-time position, requiring 75 hours biweekly. Travel to various sites may be required.

Compensation and Incentives

The hourly rate for this position is $44.36 - $51.72. Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
