Position Overview
The Technical Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our internal stakeholders by delivering a comprehensive technical support experience that meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve network, printer, and system-related issues.
- Handle incoming IT support inquiries via calls and emails.
- Provide on-site technical assistance to staff.
- Monitor and analyze network performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as necessary.
- Administer Microsoft Azure, managing multiple subscriptions and configurations.
- Participate in the incident management process, including identification, classification, and resolution.
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Temporarily suspend user accounts as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Active Directory/Azure Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office Suite, O365, and Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
- Relevant IT diploma or certification.
- Experience in a technical support environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is considered an asset.
