Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Operations Supervisor to oversee our kitchen staff and ensure the highest standards of food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
  • Train personnel on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports.
  • Possess knowledge of the culinary styles offered by the establishment.
  • Establish work schedules and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee product and service costing.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for kitchen staff.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
  • Organize and maintain kitchen inventory.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily kitchen operations.
Supervisory Role
  • Responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 individuals.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
