We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Dr Amorim & Dr Torres Inc. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry.
- Staff Development: Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
