Job Title: Area Director

As a key member of our leadership team, the Area Director will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence across our district locations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of talented professionals and contribute to the success of Modern Beauty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between Head Office and store locations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Market Share Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive business growth.
  • Business Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze business trends across stores, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals.
  • Intellectual Property Protection: Safeguard company intellectual property and confidential information, ensuring the security of sensitive data.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of store managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Scheduling and Staffing: Approve schedules, manage staffing levels, and ensure adequate shifting to maintain optimal store performance.
  • Employee Development: Foster a culture of growth and development, nurturing employee potential, and addressing performance issues through effective conflict resolution techniques.
  • Performance Feedback: Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees, collaborating with HR to identify skill gaps and develop training programs.
  • Store Performance Assessments: Conduct annual Store Performance Assessments to evaluate store performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Security and Compliance: Respond to store break-ins, theft, and other security incidents, ensuring prompt action and minimizing losses.
