Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team at Modern Beauty. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of all locations within your district, ensuring our long and short-term strategies are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of store managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze business trends across stores within your district, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals.
  • Store Operations: Ensure all stores within your district are operating in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures, and that all team members are adhering to these guidelines.
  • Employee Development: Foster a positive and supportive work environment, nurturing the potential of your team members, and providing opportunities for growth and development.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between Head Office and store locations, communicating effectively with all stakeholders, and collaborating with other District Managers to support each other's growth and success.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a retail or similar environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
