Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Mahakal Foods Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations: Conduct regular assessments of our restaurant's operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure that our restaurant is running at optimal levels.
- Recruit and Manage Staff: Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Set Staff Work Schedules: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure that our restaurant is adequately staffed at all times.
- Supervise Staff: Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Determine Services and Implement Operational Procedures: Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure that they are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Oversee the ordering and inventory management of all food and supplies to ensure that our restaurant is always stocked and ready to serve.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Negotiate with Suppliers: Negotiate with suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best possible prices for our food and supplies.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Education: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
