Position Overview

We are looking for a Shutdown Planner to be part of our dedicated Shutdown Delivery team. In this role, you will oversee the planning and scheduling of shutdown initiatives, primarily working in a dynamic environment that requires international travel.

Team Dynamics

You will collaborate with a team of delivery professionals who are focused on visiting client sites, developing schedules, and facilitating coordination meetings. Our team thrives on independence, motivation, and effective execution, with members located globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize scheduling processes.
  • Utilize Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 for project management.
  • Interpret and analyze technical drawings.
  • Generate daily progress reports.
  • Organize and lead coordination meetings.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting engineering or industrial construction projects.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technician, or Electromechanical Technician.
  • Ability to work across diverse cultures and environments.
  • Comfortable in various working conditions, including exposure to heat, humidity, and noise.
  • Proficient in reading mechanical and civil structural technical drawings.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for approximately 70% of the time.
