About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at AMAZING BAKERY. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including bread, rolls, muffins, and cakes.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Bake and decorate cakes and other sweet treats to meet customer orders and quality standards.
  • Draw up production schedules to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
