About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Supervise and train bakery personnel and kitchen staff.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
