About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at 6620922 Canada Inc. as a key member of our bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts, according to recipes and customer orders.
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and decorating tools.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and restocking of ingredients and materials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production deadlines and achieve quality standards.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items, ensuring they meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in baking or a related field an asset.
