Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Stars Event Decor.
Key Responsibilities- Promote conference and meeting services or special events to ensure maximum attendance and engagement.
- Prepare and present budgets to stakeholders, ensuring effective financial management and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement sponsorship, partnership, and fundraising programs to support event objectives.
- Coordinate the production and purchase of promotional products to enhance event branding and visibility.
- Oversee conference and meeting activities, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail.
- Coordinate set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems, and other event details to create a memorable experience.
- Implement social programs, food and beverage services, transportation, and other amenities to cater to attendees' needs.
- Plan and manage schedules, goals, and objectives to ensure event success.
- Research and design special events programs that align with our company's vision and values.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency required.
